Liam Sebag-Montefiore, Director
Liam’s career in medical communications began in 2013, after 18 years working as a research scientist. With a DPhil in Cardiovascular Medicine and a passion for communication, Liam progressed from Medical Writer to Editorial Services Director, with responsibility for editorial excellence and compliance, overseeing a large team of around 30 writers.
With experience across a wide range of deliverables and therapy areas, Liam takes pride in clear communication and the importance of storytelling as well as building relationships with clients and team members. His extensive experience of the agency environment and working with numerous stakeholders at all levels gives him a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ needs.

Suzanne Hankin, Director
Suzanne has over 25 years’ experience working within several leading medical communications agencies. Over the years she has worked with small to large blue chip pharmaceutical companies helping to take products from inception through to launch. Her experience spans across the medical communications arena, working from publications right through to meeting and events.
Suzanne has a flair for building and nurturing relationships, skills which have enabled her to develop, mentor and train her teams, maximising their potential. As an experienced Client Services Director, Suzanne’s strengths lie in providing an excellent innovative service, partnering with her clients to ensure their needs and objectives are met on time and on budget.

David Lester, Scientific Director
David is a Certified Medical Publication Professional with over six years of experience working in medical communications, specialising in publications, medical affairs and market access. David is knowledgeable of a wide range of therapy areas, including oncology, immunology and rare diseases.
With extensive experience of developing strategic medical communication plans within cross-functional teams, David excels at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful execution of impactful communications, both at a global and regional level.

Harriet Giddings, Medical Writer
Harriet’s career began in research where she gained experience in microbiology and infection biology. During her undergraduate and master’s by research degrees, she investigated the role of invasive oral bacteria in driving systemic diseases. She then gained a PhD, investigating the link between Helicobacter pylori and the microbiome in gastric cancer development. Throughout her PhD, she realised that she most enjoyed writing and presenting data, which led her to transition into medical communications.
Harriet has worked on a range of materials and therapy areas, including rare diseases, oncology, immunology and diabetes. She enjoys combining her interest in science with her creative flair.
